Our support services can be delivered under a flat rate support contract, with coverage options up to 24x7. You choose the hours. Does your environment need to be up all the time? Many of our clients find that being a contract client is the most cost effective way of receiving our support. As a contract client, you receive priority over non-contract clients and much faster resolution to problems due to our progressive familiarity with your environment.
We support clients with as little as one server to those with entire server rooms. Whatever the size of your environment, we can serve you.
Our Support Team will be available to help with issues that arise during and outside of your contract hours. We are only an email or phone call away. As a contract client, you receive the benefit of our contract client discount on many Support Services that are not covered under your contract.
